This exciting new wellness program is the culmination of a collaborative effort between global tech company, Mikropis and their 24alife initiative and world-renowned wellness expert, Dr. Kerry Olsen and his Mayo Clinic team’s, 12 Habits of Highly Healthy People.   

Dr. Olsen, President of 12 Habits of Highly Healthy People, and the Mayo Clinic team developed this program through research in seeking the commonality of habits most important to highly healthy people,

With simplicity of use in mind, 12 habits most crucial to highly healthy people were selected to coincide with a 12-month wellness program carefully designed to guide you to implement meaningful and permanent habit change at any age and every stage of life.
